Return Policy

Most items purchased at Derbyshire's are returnable for a refund so long as:
•   The item was in stock at the time of purchase.
•   The item is in the same condition as it was when it was purchased.
•   No more than 10 days has elapsed from the date of purchase.

The following are non-refundable:
•   Special orders.
•   Custom finishing.
•   Modified pieces (such as adding locks, cutting shelves or drilling holes).
•   "Red Tag" or clearance items.
•   Delivery or setup charges.
